Beech Tree Private Equity recently announced the investment in Learnlight Group (“Learnlight”), the leading corporate language and skills training company, and the bolt-on acquisition with Communicaid, Ltd. The investment has lead to the formation of Learnlight Holdings Ltd to create a leading international virtual training business specialising in language and soft skills courses. Diligent Consulting provided IT due diligence on behalf of the Private Equity firm prior to the investment, ensuring key IT risks were addressed, thus safeguarding the client’s investment opportunity. Diligent Consultancy also provided IT strategic remediation plans to ensure the IT matches the current and future needs of the business.
